Jack Sammoutis joined Walton Casuals ahead of the 2015-16 season, following a season playing professional football in the Cypriot First Division with AC Omonia. The former Millwall youngster has also represented Margate and Metropolitan Police prior to his switch to the Stags.
Netting seven times in 33 appearances in his debut season, Sammoutis impressed a number of professional clubs and was offered a trial by League Two club Barnet in March 2016. Returning to the Football League club for a second trial in the summer, before spending pre-season with Bromley, he eventually opted to remain with the Casuals for the coming season.
Continuing his fine form in the Ryman Division One South, Sammoutis notably netted a four-minute brace in the closing minutes of the game to salvage a 2-2 draw against local rivals Molesey.
